By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not share your account with others or allow others to access your enrolled courses.

3. Course Enrolment and Access

Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the enrolled course content for your own educational use. This licence:

• Is for individual use only — you may not share access credentials or course materials.
• Does not grant ownership of the content.
• Grants lifetime access to the specific course purchased, subject to the platform remaining operational.

4. Payments and Refunds

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time payments. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once course access has been granted. We strongly encourage you to review the course curriculum, contact us via WhatsApp, and confirm your enrolment with Nirbhay before completing payment — as communicated during the checkout process.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a course you have paid for, contact us at support@apexfincorp.org and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Educational Disclaimer

All course content provided by Apex Trade With Nirbhay is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service.

• Nirbhay is a Google-certified finance educator, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
• Trading and investing in financial markets involves significant risk, including the risk of loss of capital.
• Past performance discussed in courses is not indicative of future results.
• You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including videos, text, graphics, course materials, and the Apex Trade With Nirbhay brand — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised sharing or redistribution of course materials will result in immediate account termination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract course content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the platform.

8. Certificates

Completion certificates are issued upon finishing 100% of a course. Certificates are for personal recognition only and do not constitute a professional qualification or regulatory certification. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if a course was completed fraudulently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Trade With Nirbhay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on course content, including but not limited to financial losses from trading or investment decisions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to access course content will end. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
